Colleen Mook

Colleen talks about the concept of Temptation Bundling which is the process of pairing two activities—one you should do, but don’t feel like doing with one you enjoy, but isn’t necessarily productive for a great outcome. This philosophy comes from Katherine Milkman, a professor at The Wharton School. Colleen shares how she uses this idea often but never knew it had a name associated with it until Sarah Armstrong, her guest on Podcast #14, introduced that term to her. She wanted to learn more so Colleen shares some of the science and the studies behind the concept that she learned through her research and how we can all use this more in our daily life to be more productive and avoid the guilt in “guilty pleasures.” Colleen shares many examples of how she uses this in her life and how you can too. Truly, a win-win!
