I’ve had a rough week, as lots of different “issues” have been coming up. You name it, I feel like I’m dealing with it, both at work and at home. I’m not unique in having problems; that I know. I just have different problems.

It’s been really draining on me the last few weeks “hoping” that things would work themselves out. But of course they haven’t, so I decided to take action and lean in. I remember that my Dad has always said that, “every problem is figure-out-able.” (Is that a word? I don’t know but I know you get what I mean.)  I often talk about tolerations and getting rid of them and I decided to attack my tolerations head on.

I woke up today and the first tweet I saw was from Daymond John, who is one of the Sharks on Shark Tank. His tweet read, ‘’Rise & Grind! Whenever you feel overwhelmed with work, just remember how much better freedom will be when you succeed!” I think we can use this phrase for both work and home and just life in general.  It’s exactly what I needed sipping my morning coffee and getting mentally prepared for my day!

The perfect tweet to start my day!
The perfect tweet to start my day!

So, today and always, I am looking on the bright side and seeking out solutions. I am taking action, making appointments, making phone calls, and asking for help.  I know my “issues” will not be solved overnight and I believe there is a lesson in all this. I count my blessings because I don’t usually have too many things weighing me down but man, it’s draining, when you do. And I think all this might be happening so I can really enjoy my vacation in a few weeks. Dialing up the stress so I can relax on the beach, or something like that!

I urge all of you to write down your tolerations (see blog post here on that if you missed it) and take action! You will feel better when your “issues” are no longer hanging over you. Here’s to all of us being solution oriented, and enjoying the freedom of success!  If I’ve learned anything over my years, it is just to be open and honest and communicate, communicate, communicate!
