Attitude of Gratitude with Colleen Mook

In this week’s solo “Random Riff” by Colleen, she talks on the power of gratitude. She talks about the many benefits of having a gratitude practice and several easy ways to bring more happiness and health into your life by having a daily gratitude practice.

Here’s a link to the 5 Minute Journal that Colleen uses daily and loves. In the morning, you spend a few minutes reading a powerful quote, stating your intentions and things you are grateful for as well as a daily affirmation. At the end of the day, it allows you to reflect on the day and set yourself up for the following day. The ROI is huge for just 5 minutes a day!

The Inner Guide 2017 planner Colleen uses daily as her planner which also helps with  my gratitude practice. Each week, you are asked to reflect on a few things you are grateful for as well as reflections, ideas and a self-assessment at the end of the week.
